Who made my clothes?

Who made my clothes – we are part of the fashion revolution – as yogis we are taking the lead – creating transparency, sustainability and ethics in the fashion industry.
Join us – buy fair and green – together we have the power to create a world of awareness.

The Kismet collection is fair and sustainable produced. All products from Kismet Yogastyle are manufactured in Portugal. We work with small family owned businesses that have been meticulously selected by us. Fair working conditions and reasonable wages are important to us. We believe that those who care to dress fashionably also care to be responsible. The Yoga philosophy challenges us to be mindful in how we treat ourselves, others and the environment. We enjoy the friendly contact and trancparency with our producers. The who made my clothes movement inspired us to show the faces behind the scene. A great team we are really proud of!

Kismet stands for sustainability. The recycled polyester for the Kismet Yoga bras and leggings is made from Newlife yarn, where recycled PET bottles form the basis for the polyester yarn. The yarn is produced in a mechanical process and already dyed during spinning. It also saves 10 liters of water per 1 kilogram of yarn compared to conventional dyeing. More information can be found at www.newlifeyarns.com

For the modal tops and pants we use CO2-neutral Modal rom Lenzing. The yarn is processed into a particularly high-quality fabric which flows airily with all your movements. The material is no pilling and the look and feel stays the same even after being washed 50 times (at 30 degrees) .
