DELIVERY TIME
The ordered goods will be handed over by KISMET to the parcel delivery service within 2-3 working days after receipt of payment. You will receive the corresponding mailing number by mail in order to request and track the send status.
Your package will be shipped via DHL.

RETURNS
Return within the 14-day right of withdrawal and please frank the package itself.
Goods returned to us freight prepaid will incur a charge of 15, – EUR on delivery, which we will pass on to you, but which can be easily avoided by adequate franking of the shipment. Please always frank your return.
