After my fate has needed so many attempts to get me into yoga, it has sent my teacher Young-Ho Kim. After a yoga session with him, I finally took a bite and have not been able to get rid of it ever since. “Humor starts when you do not take yourself so seriously.” That finally convinced me. Yoga is pure joy and drive for me! After my training in 2011 with Young-Ho Kim, Barbra Noh and Richard Hackenberg, I was curious about more, and I am infinitely grateful to my teachers in Inside Yoga for the many beautiful workshops I participated in. That’s how I learned mine in 2012 Teacher David Regelin, who awakened in me the desire for a deeper understanding of the biomechanics of the human body and the geometry that inhabits it. With that in mind, my curiosity and teaching continued to develop, and I decided to go to Teacher Training in New York City to continue my development in Katonah Yoga. Since then, I practice and learn from Nevine Michaan and Abbie Galvin whenever I make a trip to New York City possible. I am pleased to be a student and my knowledge, but most of all the playful joy and enthusiasm that I get through My teaching is characterized by Hands- and Feet-On, which means nothing else than that adjustments, these little and big help in an asana, shows you a possible step in your yoga path. I am currently in the metropolitan area of Stuttgart, where a workshop outside the region is on the plan.
